Lughatify is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not misuse or abuse any features of the app. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the Application, any part of the Application. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the Application, nor are you allowed to attempt to translate the Application into another language or create derivative versions thereof.

2. Account and Data

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are not allowed to share your account with others

3. Content Ownership

• All learning materials are our copyright
• Distribution or reproduction of content without permission is prohibited
• You may not use the content for commercial purposes

4. Permissions

The app may request microphone access and storage permissions for language practice features. This is only used with your consent and never shared without permission.

5. Privacy

• We respect user privacy according to our privacy policy
• Personal data will be protected and not shared without consent
• You may request data deletion according to applicable terms

6. Termination

• We may terminate services with notice
• Users can cancel subscriptions according to procedure
• Remaining funds cannot be refunded after termination

7. Liability

• We are not responsible for indirect losses
• Users are responsible for activities in their account
• We do not guarantee 100% service availability
• AI Chatbot can make mistakes, and is not always able to provide accurate answers, Users can report and give feedback to us directly from the app
• We are not responsible for any losses incurred from the use of our AI Chatbot

8. Payment

• Subscription fees must be paid according to the chosen package
• Payments made are non-refundable
• Prices may change with prior notice

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
